Ingredients
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 500mg (equivalent to elemental Magnesium 37.4mg)
How to Use
Adults: Take 2 – 6 tablets daily with meals, or as professionally directed. Children 6-12 years: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with meals or as professionally directed.
