Does WholeLife offer COVID-19 vaccinations?

Yes. WholeLife have a range of participating pharmacies offering COVID-19 vaccinations, with new stores being added regularly. Stores are currently offering the COVID-19 AstraZeneca and Moderna vaccines.

Before receiving a vaccination, it is important to ensure you are eligible for the AstraZeneca and Moderna vaccine.

What Natural Health Services do WholeLife provide?

The WholeLife team is comprised of a range of natural health professionals from naturopaths to nutritionists, beauticians and massage therapists.

Delivery and Shipping

Does WholeLife offer local delivery?

Yes. Stores across the country offer a convenient local delivery service to customers within the same local government area or within 5km from the store itself for a flat rate of $15.

Does WholeLife deliver nationwide?

Yes. Products are shipped Australia-wide using the Australia Post network. Online orders are delivered to your nominated delivery address for FREE on orders over $150, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 applies for orders under $150.

Does WholeLife offer express delivery?

Yes. Products are shipped Australia-wide using the Australia Post network. For customers who require their orders delivered quickly, express delivery is available for $24.95.

Refunds and Returns

Does WholeLife offer refunds for change of mind?

At WholeLife, we’re sure you’ll love your chosen health food, wellbeing and pharmacy products once you receive them but should you change your mind, and wish to return something, we need to receive it back to the destination you purchased it from (within 30 days of purchase) in a new, unused, unopened state, including in its original packaging.

There is something wrong or missing with my order?

We’re all human. Usually, our customers love the excellent service our team is known for, but occasionally we make mistakes. If we shipped you the wrong product, or the mistake was deemed to be ours, we will cover the cost of return freight and offer you either your chosen product, a suitable alternative or a refund where applicable.

My item/s were damaged upon arrival?

If your delivery item was damaged on arrival, it is important you take a photo of the damage at the time, and notify the WholeLife team via email within 7 days of your order arriving.

Click & Collect

Does WholeLife offer click and collect?

Yes! WholeLife offers a free click and collect service across each of our stores for online products. Conveniently browse our pharmacy and healthfoods range online and select the products which suit you best. Upon checkout, you will get the option to select which store you wish to collect your products from.

Do I have to choose click and collect?

No. WholeLife offers both local delivery* as well as Nationwide delivery at an additional cost.

*Local delivery available at selected locations only.

How do I pay for my click and collect order?

Click and collect order payments are processed upon checkout, using one of our online payment methods.

How long does click and collect take?

Click and collect orders are usually ready for pickup within 4 hours of the order being placed, subject to the order being placed prior to 12pm on the same day. Once your order has been packaged and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from our team stating your products are ready collection.

Where can I collect my order?

Click and collect orders can be picked up from any of our WholeLife stores. For a list of store locations – click here.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

You will need to bring along your photo ID as well as the original script or e-script if you are collecting a prescription item.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, someone else can collect your order (excluding orders with prescription items). But you must include their name and address details in the order notes when creating your order online.
