Magnesium (from Magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 12.5mg Magnesium (from Magnesium amino acid chelate) 29.5mg Magnesium (from heavy Magnesium oxide) 258mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10micrograms Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (equivalent Vitamin C 50mg) 60.5mg Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 7mg Manganese (from Manganese gluconate) 5mg. No added gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, or dairy products.

How to Use

Take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
