Each 4g Dose contains: Magnesium citrate (Equiv. to elemental magnesium 150mg) 970.8mg, Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Equiv. to elemental magnesium 150mg) 1.3g, Humulus lupulus fruit extract dry conc. 50mg Equiv. to dry 500mg, Passiflora incarnata flower ext. dry conc. 125mg Equiv. to dry 1.25g, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed ext. dry conc.150mg Equiv. to dry 3g, Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (Equiv. to elemental calcium 50mg) 215mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate (equiv. to elemental Zinc 5mg) 15.5mg. Contains sulphites.
For Adults: 4g (1 metric teaspoon), Children: 2-6 years: 1g (1/4 metric teaspoon), 7-11 years 1.5g (1/3 metric teaspoon), 12-18 years 2g (1/2 metric teaspoon. Mix the appropriate dose into 200mL of water or juice, 30 minutes before bedtime.
