Each vegetable capsule contains herbal extracts dry concentrate: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) KSM-66® root 300mg, dry equiv. 3g Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root 83.33mg, dry equiv. 1.25g Plus: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg Zinc (as zinc glycinate monohydrate) 7.5mg Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 300IU) 7.5 micrograms Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
