Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 1.5 g. Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg. Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360 mg. Contains fish products, soya beans and sulfites.

How to Use

Adults: For general health and wellbeing: 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For cardiovascular health: 2 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For joint health – relieving symptons of mild arthritis: 4 capsules spread over the course of the day, with food. E.g. one capsule in the morning, followed by another two at lunch, and the final one at dinner.
