Ingredients
Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate) 100 mg, Zinc (citrate) 5 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyroxidine-5′-phosphate) 2.5 mg, Copper (gluconate) 1000 mcg. Filler: Calcium Carbonate 4 mg. Capsule: HPMC.
How to Use
Take one capsule twice a day with food. In case of nausea, reduce the dosage to one capsule per day. Do not use in combination with other copper and/or zinc containing supplements unless under medical guidance to ensure you do not get too much of either of these minerals. Use a maximum of 2 capsules per day.
