Take one capsule daily with a meal. Use for at least 3 to 5 days before expecting an effect. After this, continue with daily use. If you forget to take a capsule at the usual time, take it as soon as possible. If you forget to take the capsule for two days, use the regular Disolact Lactase options until you have used the Disolact Once-A-Day for at least two days.
