How to Use
Light in flavour and sprinkled whole or ground, chia seeds can be added to cereals, yoghurt, fruit, salads, smoothies, juices and stir fries to increase nutrient intake. Super absorbent, they can also be included in baking mixes, protein balls, chia puddings, chia jam, and to make vegan “eggs”: A ratio of one tablespoon of chia mixed with three tablespoons of water creates a mix providing the moisture and binding properties of one egg.
