A. The Healthy Vibe Tribe is available at all our WholeLife Pharmacy and Healthfoods stores. Unfortunately we do not offer the loyalty program at our WholeLife Healthfoods only stores. Visit our Store Locations page for further store details.

A. WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods loyalty program - it’s free to join and rewards you every time you shop at a WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods. You will also receive special offers, vouchers on your birthday and when you join and news on new products.

Q. What does it cost and how do I join?

A. The Healthy Vibe Tribe is completely free! You can join at your local WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods simply find your local store and ask to join

Q. How do points (health wealth) accumulate?

A. Simply present your Healthy Vibe Tribe Card (or let the staff member know you are a member) every time you make a purchase within the healthfoods section of a WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods. For every $1 you spend* you will earn 1 point.

*Excluding prescription purchases

Q. How do I know I’m in the “Healthfoods” section?

A. The Healthfoods section in each WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods is denoted by a wooden floor. Anything here will grow points.

Q. Can I spend my points immediately?

A. Yes! There are no minimum number of points to collect… you can spend them right away on any product in store.

Q. How do I know how many points I have?

A. Each email you receive will show your points. You can also ask in store.

Q. How can I retrieve points?

A. Claiming your Health Wealth is simple. Simply visit your local WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods and select the items you wish to purchase (excluding prescription purchases). Either present your card or simply tell the staff member you wish to use your points to purchase. You may use cash and points together if you wish.

Q. Will I be able to get Bonus Points like on other programs?

A. As a member of our Tribe, you'll receive exclusive Bonus Point offers regularly to help health wealth accumulate faster. Keep a look out for Tribe Bribe offers in your inbox!

Q. Can I take my Reward as cash?

A. Your Health Wealth Points and Good Vibes Vouchers have the buying power of cash as they can be used to get dollars off your purchases at participating WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods, but they cannot be redeemed for cash.

Terms and Conditions

The Wholelife Pharmacy & Healthfoods Healthy Vibe Tribe (Healthy Vibe Tribe) is the customer loyalty program which Wholelife Pharmacy Pty Ltd (ACN 631 496 190) (Wholelife) operates throughout Australia in Wholelife Pharmacy and Healthfoods Stores. Currently, the Healthy Vibe Tribe is unable to offer any membership or points accrual or redemption across our WholeLife Healthfoods concession stores that operate within participating pharmacies.

By registering as a member or scanning your Healthy Vibe Tribe card in store you agree that these T&Cs will apply to you in respect of the Healthy Vibe Tribe program.

 

Membership

  • Membership is free.
  • Only individuals (not businesses) over the age of 18 and are an Australian resident may join the ‘Tribe’.
  • Only 1 (one) Tribe Membership per person is permitted.
  • To join the Healthy Vibe Tribe, customers must sign up in-store or online at www.wholelife.com.au.
  • WholeLife reserves the right to refuse any application for membership at their discretion.

 

Earning Health Wealth Points

Healthy Vibe Tribe members can earn “Health Wealth Points” as follows:

  • 1 (one) Health Wealth Point will be earned for every whole dollar spent in the Healthfoods section at WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods stores (excluding concession stores). This excludes purchases made with Good Vibes Vouchers and excluded purchases (prescription items or any product that isn’t in the Healthfoods section with a wooden floor of a WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods store)
  • Tribe Bribes (or bonus points) will at times be promoted and can be earned when purchasing promoted products within the promoted time frame
  • WholeLife may provide exclusive personalised offers to earn Health Wealth (points) based on your individual profile
  • Purchases made with redeemed Health Wealth Points do not earn points
  • There is no maximum points value for your online account
  • Health Wealth points do not have an expiry date
  • WholeLife may at its sole discretion and at any time change, add to, or make deletions to the list of qualifying or participating products that attract points

 

Redeeming Health Wealth Points

Healthy Vibe Tribe members can redeem “Health Wealth Points” as follows:

  • Only customers with an activated membership of the Healthy Vibe Tribe can redeem Health Wealth points
  • Health Wealth Points can be redeemed at any WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods store (not including concessions)
  • Points are redeemable at member’s discretion
  • Health Wealth Points cannot be redeemed on any prescription medications and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers
  • If Health Wealth is not used in a Tribe Member’s next or subsequent shops, the remaining Health Wealth balance is retained and continues to accrue for future use.

 

Earning & Redeeming Vouchers & Offers

  • Redemption rules for all Healthy Vibe Tribe vouchers (Good Vibes Vouchers) & offers are outlined in the email that contains the voucher.
  • Good Vibes Vouchers can only be used once per person only during the voucher promotion period.
  • Once vouchers have been used once, they cannot be used again. Any abuse will lead to the cancellation of the membership and the loss of all offers.
  • Healthy Vibe Tribe vouchers and offers can only be redeemed by the Member that the voucher/offer was issued to.
  • Good Vibe Vouchers for birthdays will be received when a member
    • Provides the date of their birthday on joining
    • Joins 1 month BEFORE the date of their birthday.
  • Vouchers cannot be used for prescription purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
  • Failure to identify your Healthy Vibe Tribe membership during a transaction is the responsibility of the customer and is not the responsibility of the WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods staff member. A Health Vibe Tribe Member wishing to redeem a Good Vibes Voucher or offer is required to advise the staff member at the time of purchase as WholeLife is unable to automatically redeem these benefits without knowledge of a customer’s account.
  • Partial redemptions are not possible. No cash refunds will be made where the voucher amount balance on the transaction exceeds the price of the items purchased.
  • We reserve the right to amend pricing due to manufacturer price rises or printed errors.
  • We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, remove, modify or cancel promotions at any time due to any reason.

 

Healthy Vibe Tribe Cards

  • For customers who have a card, the Healthy Vibe Tribe card is and remains the property of WholeLife and cannot be transferred or assigned by a Cardholder (except that you may permit members of your immediate family to use your card / membership).
  • For customers who are a cardholder, if a card is lost, stolen, or damaged the Cardholder may apply for a new Healthy Vibe Tribe card by visiting their preferred WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods store or emailing loyalty@sigmahealthcare.com.au. Any vouchers or offers on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card, provided the person requesting the new card can be identified as the original cardholder.
  • A Healthy Vibe Tribe card is not necessary if the member provides an email address or phone number at the point of purchase.

 

Collection, using and disclosing Personal Information

  • WholeLife will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Sigma Healthcare Limited Privacy Collection Notice (Collection Notice), which forms part of these T&Cs.
  • You may access the Collection Notice here, or email loyalty@wholelife.com.au if you would like a copy of the Collection Notice or our Privacy Policy in a different format.
  • Wholelife may amend the terms of the Collection Notice from time to time in accordance with these T&Cs.
  • By registering as a member or scanning your Healthy Vibe Tribe card, you acknowledge that you have read the Collection Notice, and understand and agree that we will collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with its terms.
  • You agree that we may send you commercial electronic messages (being direct marketing communications and tailored advertising) via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone or, mail) where you have not opted out (as described below) from receiving such commercial electronic messages sent to you by us via those channels or media.
  • You may opt-out of receiving commercial electronic messages that we send you directly (including opting-out of receiving such communications through certain media, or opting-out of receiving such communications via certain channels) by modifying your communication preferences by visiting your preferred WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods store or by sending an email to loyalty@wholelife.com.au. In the case of certain electronic communications (including email or SMS), you may also use the opt-out facility we provide in that communication. If you use the opt-out facility provided in that electronic communication, you will be unsubscribed from those commercial electronic messages which are sent to you because you are a member of the Healthy Vibe Tribe program.
  • Regardless of whether you opt out of any and/or all commercial electronic messages, you agree to still receive service based communications relating to your membership, including changes to these T&Cs and/or our Collection Notice, the Sigma Healthcare Privacy Policy, account transactions or important information (for instance recall notices) relating to products or services you have purchased. Your agreement to receive service based communications is effective until such time as you elect to terminate your Healthy Vibe Tribe membership.

 

WholeLife General Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, WholeLife will not be liable for any delays, disruptions, omissions or errors in the operation of the Healthy Vibe Tribe loyalty program. This includes any technical or mechanical malfunctions and WholeLife will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors.
  • To the extent permitted by law, WholeLife is not liable for any points, vouchers, offers, and/or benefits not being available for any reason whatsoever. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for: any failure by a Healthy Vibe Tribe Member to take advantage of any points, vouchers, offers and/or benefits because they have not complied with the conditions of the specific offer (including limited time offers), or by any failure of the Tribe Member to notify their nominated store that they are a member and entitled to an offer or benefit.
  • WholeLife may at any time, at its discretion and with or without prior notice to Healthy Vibe Tribe Members, amend the terms and conditions, amend, suspend, or terminate the Healthy Vibe Tribe loyalty program, or cancel a person’s membership, even if this would: reduce or eliminate the number, value or length of validity of, Healthy Vibe Tribe points, rewards and offers already issued.
  • We will give advance notice of any such change, suspension or termination on the WholeLife website, which will allow you time to cancel your membership within the period of that advance notice, in the event that you do not wish to agree to the relevant change or suspension.
  • Where we change the T&Cs, a copy of the revised T&Cs will be available on the WholeLife Website or can be obtained by emailing loyalty@wholelife.com.au
  • If you continue to use your Healthy Vibe Tribe card after the period of advance notice has expired, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended T&Cs.
  • WholeLife gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Healthy Vibe Tribe loyalty program.

 

WholeLife will not be financially liable for the termination of a Healthy Vibe Tribe Member’s membership, including any valid vouchers and offers that have not been redeemed at the time of termination.
