Protein Oats are a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast that’s the perfect morning brekky as we transition into the warmer summer weather! Make your protein oats even more summery by topping with tropical summer fruits like mangoes, pineapples, or papayas.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup oats
- 1 serve Tropeaka Lean Protein
- 1 cup OMG Oat Milk or water
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Blueberries
- Loving Earth Chocolate Buckinis
- WholeLife Healthfoods Organic Pitted Dates
Method:
- Over low heat, combine the oats, protein powder, water, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve into a bowl and top your oats with a drizzle of maple syrup, Loving Earth’s Chocolate Bukinis, a few chopped up organic dates and fruit of your choice.
