Nature’s Way High Strength Zinc + Vitamin C provides a high 20mg dose of Zinc with 500mg of Vitamin C in a delicious orange-flavoured chewable tablet. Zinc and Vitamin C are essential nutrients to help support the immune system to fight illness and relieve common cold symptoms. Zinc also plays a key role in supporting female and male reproductive system health, healthy skin and minor wound healing.
Zinc (as Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 20mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 180mg, Vitamin C (as Sodium Ascorbate) 320mg. Total Vitamin C 500mg.
For immune support and general wellbeing, take 1 chewable tablet daily with food. Or, take 2 chewable tablets daily with food to help reduce duration and severity of common cold symptoms.
