Schizandra Berry 10:1 Extract Powder**100% sustainably wildcrafted Schizandra berry (Schisandra chinensis) hot water extract. No added grains, fillers, preservatives, salt, sugar or starch. Origin: Changbai Mountain, Jilin province, China.

How to Use

Start with 1/4 – 1/2 tsp (1.6g) per day. If you are sensitive to herbs, you may want to start with less. When your body feels ready, you can increase your dosage according to your daily needs. Best to use in the AM and PM. For fast absorption, mix the powder directly into water, hot tea or your favourite plant based milk. Schisandra berry is also a delicious addition to your smoothies, hot chocolates, raw desserts, baked goods and more. This plant based extract is not sensitive to heat.
