Each tablet contains: Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 628mg, equiv. to Glucosamine sulfate 500mg, Bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate 100mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 333IU) 8.33 micrograms, Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 5mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 35mg.
Adults: Take 3 tablets daily with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
