Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 1000mg equiv. to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 826mg, Hesperidin 25mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 50mg, Citrus bioflavonoids extract 100mg.
For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily with food. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily with food, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
