Ingredients

Active ingredients: Camphor, eucalyptus oil and menthol.

Inactive ingredients: cedarleaf oil, nutmeg oil, petrolatum, thymol and turpentine oil.

How to Use

For cough suppression, rub a thick layer of Vicks VapoRub on your chest and throat. Cover with a warm, dry cloth, if desired. Keep clothing loose about your throat and chest to help the vapors to reach the nose and mouth. For muscle and joint aches and pains, apply Vicks VapoRub onto the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Warnings

If fever is present or symptoms persist, consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not take by mouth or place in nostrils. Not to be used on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.
