WholeLife Healthfoods Textured Vegetable Protein is a meat substitute that has a similar texture to ground meat when cooked. On its own, TVP has almost no flavour, but when incorporated into yummy recipes it absorbs spices and flavourings very well, so is an extremely versatile vegan and vegetarian grocery staple.
