Instant White Miso soup is made from white miso which is light in colour and flavour. Made with naturally fermented soybean paste (miso) that has been freeze-dried, then blended with Wakame (sea vegetables) and spring onions, the soup is easily prepared by simply adding boiling water. Instant White Miso contains no MSG or flavour enhancers.
Freeze dried rice miso powder (76%)(soybeans, rice, salt, koji spores), sea salt, organic tapioca dextrin, wakame (contains iodine), long green onion, onion powder, kombu powder (contains iodine), shiitake extract powder, yeast extract.
Add boiling water.
