How to Use
Unscrew the cap and hold the Snuffler inhaler just below or inside one nostril. Inhale: Closing one nostril inhale deeply through the nose. Remove the Snuffler and exhale through your mouth. Repeat: If desired, repeat the process with the other nostril. Replace the Cap: Secure the cap back on the Snuffler immediately after use to prevent evaporation. Frequency of Use: Use as often as needed, based on symptoms.
