Ingredients

Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc. 50 mg. Derived from dry fruit 500 mg. Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. dry conc. 150 mg. Derived from dry root 1.5 g. Lavender Oil 27 mg

How to Use

Adults – take 1 capsule once daily, with water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
