Each dose (4.2g) contains:
Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate (Meta Mag Magnesium Diglycinate): 1.6g.
Equiv. Elemental Magnesium: 163mg.
Sodium Chloride: 446mg.
Equiv. Elemental Sodium: 176mg.
Calcium Amino Acid Chelate: 210mg.
Equiv. Elemental Calcium: 42mg.
Potassium Citrate: 185mg.
Equiv Elemental Potassium: 67mg.
Each dose (4.2g) contains 47.33kJ (11.3 cal) of Energy and 1.31g Carbohydrates.
The maximum recommended daily dose (16.8g) contains 704mg of sodium and 268mg of potassium.
Excipients: Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Natural and Nature Identical Flavours, Silicon Dioxide, Natural Colour and Steviol Glycosides and Hydrolysed Rice.

How to Use

DAILY HYDRATION

Adults: Mix 1 level scoop with 350 – 600mL of water and take as required.

Up to four doses per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
USAGE ADVICE

If exercising intensely or for longer than 1 hour consider Endura Performance Hydration.
