Ingredients

Oleo Europa (Olive Oil), Persea Americana (Avocado Oil), Beeswax. Organic Essential Oils of: Narrow Leafed Ironbark Eucalyptus, Fir Needle, Camphor (white), Wintergreen, Organic Menthol, Grape Fruit Seed Extract.

How to Use

Gently massage into chest area, throat and upper back as needed, especially before bed.
For very young children a small amount can be applied to a tissue under the pillow slip or to the soles of the feet.
Repeat as needed.

Warnings

External Use Only. Non-sensitising, Non-irritant. Do not use wintergreen or other compounds containing methyl salicylates while on pharmaceutical blood thinners.
Be aware of individual allergies. Do not use around the face, especially the nose of very young infants.
