Ingredients

Zinc amino acid chelate 150 mg equiv. zinc 30 mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg. Retinol acetate 431.25 mcg equiv. vitamin A 375 mcg RE (1250 IU). Pyridoxine hydrochloride 36.46 mg equiv. pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 30 mg. Magnesium citrate 216.55 mg equiv. magnesium 35 mg. Manganese sulfate monohydrate 6.15 mg equiv. manganese 2 mg.

How to Use

Take 1 tablet daily with a main meal, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. WARNING: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Store below 25°C.
