How to Use

1. Fill cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water. 2. Empty contents of one stick into 200 mL cup of water and stir as required. 3. Consume immediately after preparation. Discard any unused solution. 4. Do not mix Hydralyte Plus with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks. 1 stick = 200mL Recommended Dosage: Age 12 years – Adult Max. per day (Sticks) 2
