Each capsule contains: Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) root ext. dry conc. 515 mg, equiv. to root dry 20.62 g, equiv. to berberine 500 mg; Chromium picolinate 400 micrograms, equiv. to chromium 50 micrograms; Chromic chloride hexahydrate 770 micrograms, equiv. to chromium 150 micrograms; Potassium iodide 200 micrograms, equiv. to iodine 150 micrograms.How to Use
