Per tablet: Crocus sativus (saffron) stigma ext. dry conc. 14 mg equivalent to dry 42 mg, Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed ext. dry conc. 297 mg equivalent to dry 3 g, Withania somnifera (winter cherry) root ext. dry conc. 60 mg equivalent to dry 1.5 g.

How to Use
Adult Women: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take after food.
