How to Use

Step 1. Remove the roller heads by pressing the eject button on the side of the unit.
Step 2. Click into place.
We recommend you replace the roller heads every 3 months or first signs of wear for good hygiene.

This foot file is not suitable if you have diabetes, poor blood circulation or loss of feeling in the feet. Do not use file in the same area for more than 3-4 seconds at a time. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs. Do not use on broken, sore or irritated skin. For use on hard skin on the feet only.
