Ingredients

Arnica montana flower extract soft concentrate 0.7 mg/g (equiv to dried flowers 14 mg/g), menthol 60 mg/g, peppermint oil 15 mg/g

How to Use

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Apply approx. ½ teaspoon or 2.5 g of cream to the affected area as needed, 2-4 times daily.

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Contains phenoxyethanol as a preservative. Contains tree nuts. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Not recommended for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
