Ingredients
Apple, chamomile, cassia, lemon verbena, linden leaf, lavender chicory root, nutmeg, valerian root and hops leaf
How to Use
Place 1 pyramid into a 200 ml cup of water at 100 C. Infuse for 3-4 minutes. For a more heavy black tea taste, brew for 5-6 minutes.
