Herbs of Gold Organic Iron MAX is a one-a-day iron supplement that helps prevent dietary iron deficiency. Organic Iron MAX contains iron as Ferrochel™ (iron bisglycinate), an organic form of iron that is highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system.
Organic Iron MAX contains 24mg of iron per capsule plus the activated forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate, as Quatrefolic®.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Iron (II) glycinate (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel™) equiv. iron 24mg
Thiamine hydrochloride 12.7mg (equiv. Thiamine (vitamin B1) 10mg)
Riboflavin sodium phosphate 14mg (equiv. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10mg)
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 16mg (equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 10mg)
Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 376 micrograms (equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 200 micrograms)
Mecobalamin (co-methylbalamin) (vitamin B12) 200 micrograms
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 304.3mg (equiv. ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg)

How to Use

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Advise your doctor of any medicine your take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
