These shakes can ben enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Optifast VLCD program. It’s high in protein, so you feel full for longer, as well as being low in calories.

Add one sachet of Optifast VLCD to 200mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. If desire, more water maybe added.

Hate going into store to buy these so bulk buy online from wholelife when they are on sale. Best flavour in my opinion, I have been drinking these daily and dont get sick of them.
