This fish oil supplement provides three times the amount of omega-3 per capsule as our standard fish oil 1000 capsule to help relieve symptoms of mild arthritis. This high quality, concentrated fish oil contains 900 mg of omega-3 per capsule, so adults can take just 3 capsules once a day with meals to help relieve inflammation. Blackmores fish oil is extracted from 100% wild caught fish.
Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1.5 g (1500 mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 900 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360 mg.
Take only ONE of the following does recommendations, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. As an omega-3 supplement and for heart health: Adults – Take 1 capsule once a day. To help maintain healthy blood fats: Adults – Take 2 capsules once a day. For mild joint inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis: Adults – Take 3 capsules once a day.
