How to Use

Adults: Take 1 pastille a day for general health and wellbeing; 2 pastilles a day for muscle health and reduction of muscle cramps, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Warnings

Contains sulfites. Products containing maltitol and sorbitol (3.4g per 2 pastilles) may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
