Ingredients

Senna Alexandrina leaf extract – 75mg. Equiv. hydroxyanthracene glycosides calc. as sennoside B – 15mg. Prunus domestica fruit extract – 1mg Equiv. fruit dry – 4mg

How to Use

Adults and Children (12+yrs): Take 1-2 tablets before bedtime. Maximum daily dose: 3 tablets.

Warnings

Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding seek the advice of a healthcare practitioner before taking this product.
