Nature’s Own Muscle Relax Night combines three types of magnesium to support your muscles overnight, along with naturally derived Passionflower which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to induce sleep and promote a refreshing sleep.
Each tablet contains: Magnesium (from Heavy Magnesium Oxide) 75mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) 50mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate Nonahydrate) 25mg Passiflora Incarnata dry herb extract 72.73mg from 400mg dry herb (Passionflower).
Contains: No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial sweeteners, dairy products or animal-derived products.
Adults take 2 tablets with food in the evening or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
