Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g in 250 mL

How to Use

Simply add 5.8 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.
