The unique design allows our packs to gently form to your breast for ultimate 360 degree relief. Includes two reusable packs that can be used COLD to help with swelling, HOT to provide relief from plugged ducts or mastitis, or as a breast pump aid to help with let-down and reduce time spent pumping.
Engorgement, or swollen breasts: apply heat therapy to soften the breasts immediately before feeding and to help the milk flow. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce swelling and provide relief.
Plugged ducts: apply heat therapy and gently massage the affected area between and during feeds to help the milk flow.
Mastitis: apply heat therapy to help the milk flow and relieve symptoms. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce pain and swelling.
