Ingredients

Ferrous sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron), Sodium Ascorbate 562.4 mg, equivalent to vitamin C 500 mg.

How to Use

Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician.

Warnings

Do not take for more than 12 months, except on medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
