Iron amino acid chelate (Ferrochel™) equiv. iron 24mg, Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 10mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10mg, Pyridoxine hydrochlorid 12.2mg equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 10mg, Folic acid 250 micrograms,Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 250 micrograms, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 304.1mg equiv. ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg, Arthrospira maxima (Spirulina) powder 100mg, Spinacia oleracea (Spinach) whole plant powder 25mg. Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

How to Use

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.
