Reusable hot pack filled with Australian treated wheat, these packs are microwavable and are great for injuries requiring heat therapy. Can help with aches and pains in joints, shoulders, back and abdomen. Available in assorted colours (each sold separately).

Heat in microwave for 1 minute going up by 20 second intervals until desired heat is reached. Place onto dry clean surface only. Replace wheat pack every 12 months, or if contaminated replace immediately.
Remove the plastic wrapping before heating. Suitable for turntable microwaves only. If bag is overheated and bag has a burnt smell discard immediately. Place on dry clean microwave only.
