Ingredients

Each 1.5 g dried herb powder dose contains: Senna leaf dry 1.3 g equiv. to hydroxyanthracene glycosides calc. as sennoside B 32.63 mg. Frangula bark dry 105 mg equiv. to glucofrangulins calc. as glucofrangulin A 7.35 mg. Anethum graveolens (Dill) fruit dry 30 mg. Liquorice dry 30 mg. Psyllium husk dry 30 mg. No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, eggs, sugar, soy bean products, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1.5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) with water or fruit juice before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

Adults only. Not to be used in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant, considering becoming pregnant or during breastfeeding, do not take without consulting a health professional.
This product contains Senna leaf dry, Frangula bark dry, which may have laxative effect.
