Use on right or left ankle
How to use:
1. Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle turn the support inside-out).
2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3.
3. Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm yet comfortable.
Care Instructions:
"Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
Do not: machine wash tumble dry dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners."
