The formula contains premium quality omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA from ocean fresh wild fish. Fish Oil can help support heart health, healthy brain function, eye health, relieve mild joint pain and swelling and support general health and wellbeing.
Natural fish oil 1.5 g, Equiv. to Omega-3 marine triglycerides 450 mg, Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 270 mg, Equiv. to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 180 mg
For general health and wellbeing, adults shoult take 2 soft capsules daily with food. For cardiovascular and heart health, adults should take 3 soft capsules a day with food. For mild osteoarthritis symptoms, adults should take 2 soft capsules 3 times daily with food. Children 2-12 years may take 1 soft capsule per day by piercing and squeezing the capsule contents into milk, juice or cereal, or as recommended by your health professional.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains fish products, soya bean products, sulfites and phenylalanine. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
