Ingredients
Ferrous sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron). Sodium Ascorbate 562.4 mg, equivalent to vitamin C 500 mg. Lactose free, gluten free, sugar free and vegan friendly.
How to Use
Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician.
Warnings
Do not take for more than 12 months, except on medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
