Vitamin C and zinc are key nutrients for a strong and healthy immune system, while bioflavonoids are found naturally in citrus fruits. Preferred forms of Vitamin C are gentler on the stomach and teeth.

Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 605mg,Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg. Sodium Ascorbate 562mg, Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg, Total Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg. Hesperidin 5.0mg. Zinc amino acid chelate 40mg, Equiv. Zinc 8.0mg. Citrus bioflavonoids extract 50mg. Rutoside 5.0mg.

How to Use

ADULTS: For immune support: Take 1 tablet daily with food. To reduce the severity and duration of a cold: Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.

Warnings

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. The maximum recommended daily dose (4 tablets) contains 279mg of sodium. Not suitable for children under two years of age without medical advice. No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
