Ingredients

Sodium Chloride (Lake Deborah Salt, Western Australia), Magnesium Gluconate, Potassium Chloride, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Natural Flavour, Silica, Organic Stevia.

How to Use

Mix one serve (sachet or scoop) into 500 to 700ml of cold water, stir or shake, and drink. Adjust water volume to preference. More water produces a lighter flavour; less water produces a stronger and saltier taste.

Before intense training: mix one serve into 500ml of cold water and drink 30 minutes before your session. At 1000mg sodium, one serve primes your body with the electrolytes needed to sustain a demanding session before sweating begins.
