Ingredients
Loperamide(hydrochloride).
How to Use
Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 tablets initially followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool, as needed. Maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not crush the tablet. Place the tablet on your tongue where it dissolves instantly without water.
Warnings
Do not: give to children under 12 years of age, take if you have a medical condition where constipation should be avoided. See your doctor or pharmacist before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a fever, severe stomach pain, bloody diarrhoea or ongoing condition affecting the bowel. Unless advised by a doctor, do not use: for more than 48 hours, during pregnancy or lactation. While using this product: if the condition persists after two days of treatment, seek medical advice as soon as possible, if dehydration is suspected seek medical attention, drink plenty of fluid as fluid and electrolyte depletion may occur with diarrhoea.
