How to Use
Adults – Take 1 or 2 tablets at night. Increase to up to 4 tablets if required. Not suitable for under 12 years of age.
Warnings
Drink plenty of water and increase fibre intake. Prolonged use of any laxative is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Consult your doctor if constipation persists. Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.
