How to Use
When & How to use
The Colon Formula can be used as part of the Zeally cleanse protocol or as a standalone digestive support at any time.
During a cleanse: Take each evening throughout your 10 or 20-day protocol to support regular elimination while the Para Protocol is working.
For standalone digestive support: Use on an as-needed basis or as a gentle maintenance routine. Start with the minimum dose and adjust to achieve comfortable daily bowel movements.
For those who are new to herbal digestive support, begin with 1 capsule every second day and increase gradually. Drink plenty of water throughout.
