Charcotabs contain a medicinal grade of activated carbon and charcoal which helps absorb excess gas from the body. Activated charcoal has a long history of medicinal use. It is a natural substance steam treated at high temperatures to maximise its surface area with holes or and pores which can trap chemicals or gases. Activated charcoal is odourless, tasteless and not adsorbed into the body.
Each Tablet Contains:
Activated charcoal 250mg
Does not contain artificial flavours, gluten or salt. Contains sucrose and lactose.
Take 1 to 4 tablets with water three times a day, when needed.
Contains Lactose. Charcocaps may sometimes cause darkening of the faeces and may interfere with the absorption of other medicines. If in doubt consult your doctor or pharmacist. Charcocaps should be used with caution in children since it may interfere with absorption of nutrients. Not recommended for long term use. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Always read the label and use only as directed.
